Established in 1998, GARCO Property Management started with just one single-family home and has since grown to manage over 50 properties across Pinellas County. GARCO withstood the housing crises because of our belief in honesty, integrity and treating tenants as we would like to be treated. Due to Covid-19, we are only able to accept applicants with credit scores over 700 and no history of evictions.
